Privacy Policy
Last updated: 16 October 2026 · Applies to the ODDCITY mobile game (Android package com.wraplet.oddcity) published by Wraplet ("we", "us").
This policy explains what information ODDCITY collects, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have. ODDCITY is not directed at children under 13.
1. Information we collect
- Game account (guest). When you start the game you are signed in anonymously with Unity Authentication. This creates a random player ID. We do not ask for your real name, email or password.
- Profile and progress. The display name you choose, your character look, level, XP, in-game currency (Sparks), cosmetics, home items, achievements, settings and friends/blocked lists. Stored on your device and in Unity Cloud Save so it is kept between sessions.
- Online play data. While in an online match: your in-game position and actions, room membership and quick messages you send. Used to run the match and is not kept after the match, except basic service logs kept by our providers.
- Voice chat audio. Only if you allow microphone access and join an online match. Your voice is streamed in real time to nearby players (or to the person you call) through Vivox. We do not record or store voice audio.
- Device and advertising data. Device model, OS version, language, approximate location from IP, app version, advertising ID (Google Advertising ID) and ad interactions. Collected by our advertising partners to show and measure ads.
- Diagnostics. Crash and performance information collected by Unity to keep the game stable.
2. How we use information
- To provide the game: sign-in, saving progress, matchmaking, online matches and voice chat.
- To show rewarded ads (for example "AD HINT") and measure them, and to prevent ad fraud.
- To keep the game safe: blocking, reporting and enforcing our Terms.
- To fix bugs and improve the game.
3. Service providers we share data with
- Unity Technologies — Unity Authentication, Cloud Save, Lobby, Relay, Vivox voice chat, Unity Ads and Unity LevelPlay (ironSource) ad mediation, diagnostics. Unity privacy policy.
- Google — Google Mobile Ads SDK and Google Play services (advertising ID). Google privacy policy.
- Advertising networks connected through Unity LevelPlay may receive device and advertising data to serve ads.
We do not sell your personal information for money. Other players can see your display name, character and in-game actions, and hear your voice when you use voice chat.
4. Your choices
- Microphone: optional. You can deny or revoke it in Android Settings; the game still works without voice.
- Voice chat: mute yourself, mute or block other players, or turn voice off in Settings.
- Personalized ads: reset or delete your advertising ID or opt out of ads personalization in Android Settings > Google > Ads.
- Delete your data: see Delete my data.
5. Data retention
Profile and progress are kept while you play and for up to 24 months of inactivity, then deleted. Voice audio is not stored. Ad and diagnostic data is kept by our providers according to their policies.
6. Security
Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). No method is 100% secure, but we use reputable providers and limit what we collect.
7. Children
ODDCITY is intended for players aged 13 and over. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child under 13 has used the game, contact us and we will delete the data.
8. International transfers
Our providers may process data in countries other than yours, including the United States and the European Union, with appropriate safeguards.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example GDPR in the EU/UK or CCPA in California) you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict your data, or object to processing. Contact us to use these rights.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version. Significant changes will be shown in the game.
